We offer properties on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau in Tennessee that join the 120,000 acre Big South Fork National Park.  All properties have direct horse trail access into the park.  This park has the largest network of public horse trails east of the Mississippi River.

 

Available tracts are mostly wooded and range from 2 to 5 acres in size.  Many of these tracts actually border the Big South Fork Park.  Some offer creeks, rock formations and beautiful evergreens.  All properties feature public utilities, direct horse trail access and are mostly level to gently rolling.

 

Spruce Creek Acres is a planned equine development designed for get aways, vacations or as a final destination.  We have many community activities including organized trail rides and monthly covered dish dinners at the community pavilion.  There is always a neighbor to visit and a camp fire to relax beside.  Many other activities are available in the Big South Fork Park and nearby Pickett State Park such as hiking, rafting, fishing and hunting.

 

Properties are located on highway 297 east of Jamestown TN near the west entrance to the Big South Fork Park approximately 2 hours west of Knoxville and 2 1/2 hours east of Nashville.
